Registration Policy

• Each Accepted Paper at ICEA 2024 must have at least one author registered with the Author rate at the camera ready submission deadline of October 7, 2024 November 15, 2024.


• Each Accepted Regular registration can cover 1 Regular Paper.

1. PAYMENT INFORMATION

Registration and payments are handled by the Confit system. Two methods of payment are supported:

• Credit Card (international)

• Bank Transfer (Japan only)

Early Registration (Deadline: November 15, 2024) : To qualify for the following rates, your registration must be completed online by the indicated deadlines.

Cancellation Policy : Cancellation requests for Attendee and Student registrations must be received by the following dates to ensure proper refunds. No refund for Author registration.

By November 15, 2024 :	Full refund (minus a processing fee)
After November 15, 2024 :	No Refund
