The conference will be held at ENEOS Hall, located in the RCAST Building 3-South on the University of Tokyo's Komaba II campus. The campus is situated near the vibrant Shibuya City, offering convenient access to various transportation options and amenities.

The venue is conveniently accessible from two major stations in Tokyo—Shinjuku Station and Shibuya Station—each offering easy connections to nearby stations via the Odakyu and Inokashira Lines. Below are the recommended routes for reaching the venue.

From Shinjuku Station (via the Odakyu Line)

• Take the Odakyu Line from Shinjuku Odakyu Station (OH01). For a direct connection to the venue, it is recommended to take the local train to Higashi-Kitazawa Station (OH06). From this station, it is a 700-meter walk (10 minutes) to the venue's entrance.
• If you board a semi-express, rapid express, or express train (which does not stop at Higashi-Kitazawa), get off at Yoyogi-Uehara Station (OH05), which is a 1.1 km walk (16 minutes) to the venue.
• The fastest commute from Shinjuku Station to the venue takes just under 20 minutes.

From Shibuya Station (via the Inokashira Line)

• Take the Inokashira Line from Shibuya Inokashira Station (IN01). Please note that only local trains stop at the required stations—express trains should be avoided.
• You have two station options:
  • Komaba-Todaimae Station (IN03): Located near the main Komaba I campus. From this station, it is an 850-meter walk (13 minutes) to the venue on Komaba II campus.
  • Ikenoue Station (IN04): Located one stop after Komaba-Todaimae. It is a 650-meter walk (9 minutes) to the venue.
• The fastest commute from Shibuya Station to the venue is just under 15 minutes.

Tokyo offers excellent transportation options, making it easy to stay in a variety of locations within the city while still commuting effortlessly to the venue. However, to make your stay as convenient as possible, we have recommended four hotels near Shibuya Station, which will minimize your commute time.

For example, here are a couple of typical commute times from other major stations to the venue:

• From Tokyo Station: Take the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line from Nijubashimae Station to Higashi-Kitazawa Station. The total time to the venue is approximately 35 minutes.
• From Shinagawa Station: Take the JR Yamanote Line to Shibuya Station, then transfer to the Inokashira Line and arrive at Ikenoue Station. The total time to the venue is approximately 33 minutes.
