In recent years, numerous studies on deep learning and intelligent systems have demonstrated the potential of artificial intelligence technologies, making the development of an effective and efficient artificial intelligence method for improving the performance of an intelligent system a pressing issue. In addition to developing more relevant supervised/unsupervised learning algorithms to improve the performance of an intelligent system, researchers from a variety of disciplines are interested in using cloud computing and GPU technologies to increase the performance of such systems. The application of these technologies to an internet of things system to make it "smart" or even "intelligent" is an emerging application. These growing intelligent applications can also be found in data mining, networking, network security, smart cities, AR/VR, and a variety of other everyday applications. The ICEA 2026 provides a forum for international scholars to share their research findings, experiences, and perspectives on intelligent computing and other related developing applications. This conference emphasizes all the latest advancements in a holistic paradigm that highlights the developments in intelligent computing search algorithms, systems, and applications.
This conference will concentrate on intelligent computing technologies and applications, including smart network, smart home, smart city, industry network, online social network, internet of things, network security, and big data, AR/VR among others. Among the topics of interest are (but not limited to):

Authors are invited to submit 4-6 up to10 page technical papers presenting original, unpublished research, not currently under review elsewhere. 2 page work-in-progress (WIP) works are also accepted. If you wish to submit a WIP work, please include '[WIP]' at the beginning of your paper title. All paper submissions will be electronic, in PDF format. For more details, please see https://icea-conf.github.io/2026/submission/.
All papers will be fully refereed and undergo a single-blind review process by at least three referees. Accepted papers will be published in the International Conference Proceedings Series by international digital conference. Important note to authors about ACM's new open access publishing model ACM has introduced a new open access publishing model for the International Conference Proceedings Series (ICPS). Authors based at institutions that are not yet part of the ACM Open program and do not qualify for a full geographic waiver will be required to pay an article processing charge (APC) to publish their ICPS article in the ACM Digital Library. To determine whether or not an APC will be applicable to your article, please follow the detailed guidance here: https://www.acm.org/publications/icps/author-guidance. Further information may be found on the ACM website, as follows: Full details of the new ICPS publishing model: https://www.acm.org/publications/icps/faq Full details of the ACM Open program: https://www.acm.org/publications/openaccess Please direct all questions about the new model to icps-info@acm.org.
Please contact ccislab301@gmail.com for any questions related to the conference.
Hosted by National Formosa University, National Sun Yat-sen University, National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology
The proceedings will be published in the ACM International Conference Proceedings Series (ICPS)
