Registration Policy

Each Accepted Paper at ICEA 2026 must have at least one author registered with the Author rate at the camera ready submission deadline of November 1, 2026

Each Accepted Regular registration can cover 1 Regular Paper.

Important note to authors about ACM's new open access publishing model ACM has introduced a new open access publishing model for the International Conference Proceedings Series (ICPS). Authors based at institutions that are not yet part of the ACM Open program and do not qualify for a full geographic waiver will be required to pay an article processing charge (APC) to publish their ICPS article in the ACM Digital Library. To determine whether or not an APC will be applicable to your article, please follow the detailed guidance here: https://www.acm.org/publications/icps/author-guidance. Early Registration (Deadline: November 1, 2026) : To qualify for the following rates, your registration must be completed online by the indicated deadlines.

Additional Items : The following items can be requested during your online registration for an additional fee:

Cancellation Policy : Cancellation requests for Attendee and Student registrations must be received by the following dates to ensure proper refunds. No refund for Author registration.
